:: PAYMENT
For easy and save payment, we suggest transfer money by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) into our account. We will send to you the detail of our account into your email. First step is transfer 50% deposit in advance once order is submitted by customer. When your order is finished the remaining balance of 50% must be paid on each shipping at FOB Tanjung Mas Port - Semarang Indonesia.
Make sure to pay the transfer fee when sending the money as otherwise we want to receive the full amount in our account. Also please make sure to confirm payment by email so we know that the money is on its way and we know who sent it when it arrives.

:: PRODUCTION TIME
Normally our standard production time 8-12 week to complete orders. Custom design products may take longer to produce. This depends on when the items ordered, the quantity, models, designs, date receiving down payment, etc.

Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes.

:: PACKING
Packing with single corrugated wrapping paper, timber framing for fragile item.
:: GUARANTEE
KUBU KAYU Furniture & Art will not guarantee or take any responsibility if there is a damage caused by the transportation. Our furniture is securely packed before dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. Be aware though that accident in handling can happen. We advise that you take out local insurance in your home country to cover the risk from the date of shipping to the date of delivery. If you already have home insurance you should be able to add this additional cover at small cost and in the unlikely event that any goods have suffered damage during transit you will be better place to deal with the insurance claim locally.
